my recently finished rogue troll!Hawke ran off with Anders at the end of the game in a disturbingly joyous fashion despite how pissed she was at the time. actually kicked him out of the party after the explosion (bad idea. fighting that pride demon without a healer...>__>), though she let him rejoin at the gallows.
she'll forgive him eventually, of course. dem puppy eyes...
anyone know if it's possible to have Fenris side with the mages on his rivalry path without 100% rivalry? i ended up killing him again... -___-;
also, damn the rogue champion armor for being so damn complicated.

When Ander blew of the Chantry, I was like,"YES! DEATH TO THE GRAND CLERIC!!!!!!!!!!!" She wasn't on my side so I didn't like her D:< Although I thought she was cool and all, calling Meredith a 'good girl'. lol

And BTW, if Fenris is a 100% friend or rival and his Act 3 Questioning Beliefs quest was completed, he will immediately agree to help Hawke who sided with the mages. (Taken from DA wiki)

I had about 75% rivalry with Fenris, perhaps even less, but completed all his missions and he did stay on my side.
He was like "I hate you stupid mage lover" and my Hawke said something like "C'mon, we are fighting against slavery here" to which he said "Oh, OK, I'll come along then".
I wasn't really convinced by the dialogue, but happy that I didn't have to kill him, so I went on.

I can stand Fenris most of the times, bah, I even rivalmanced him, but there are those moments when I just feel like casting a fireball at the guy >.>

the one time anders really gets me is during merrill's last quest. i mean...he's right, but maker's breath he's just so mean

nope, no chance to kill seb. 
probably because he's coming back in some later DLC/expansion... and personally, i'd rather them not let us kill him in the first place than just retcon his death a la Anders or Leliana (neither of whom i killed, but still).
and yes, Varric is the paragon of amazing. if he were a romance option, Anders would just have to find himself a cat, because i'd never have even noticed him, lol.

Ick, of all the characters, I'd rather see anyone else but Sebastian in any DLC they can think of, lolz. Even Fenris. There would be more chances to annoy him ^.^

About Fenris, I had the same problem!
You need the 100% rivalry in order for him to agree to side with you, or else you will sadly have to send him to his grave.

he's fine on the friendship path, though. my other Hawke was all "trolol it'll be fun" and he's "...uh. ok."
i wish that with that sort of character death the other companions had some sort of interaction, though. seems unrealistic that varric or izzy wouldn't have said something (or even anders doing a little dance of joy, i don't know).

Bout fenris: you need to have at least 80% friendship/rivalry, and than ask him to join you (something about "dying at my side" <3).
I love this ending. My Hawke also ran away from him. I know its better to kill him, becouse he want that, but kill-option is to rude. I would only kill him if they made possible for Hawke to cry during that act. This way, she's angry and looks like she hates him, which is not true.

i agree, there ought to be some different ways to kill him, because a former LI's mercy kill is MUCH different from someone who's despised him the whole game.
