well i can't really tell you everything, but i assume you have never colored a picture before xD so here's a few tips, search on deviantart or google for naruto lineart, just type sasuke lineart or whatever you want, and then you open it with your photoshop, you start to select the skin with the selection tool, and make a layer under the lineart and color the selected area xD
