This is amazing in so many ways. I'm almost speechless, dude. Almost.
I really want to tell you how amazing this is, though. I mean, if you don't already know.
Although there are no spoken or thought words in the actual comic, you get the in-depth feeling under it all. I have my own interpretation on what happened prior to this, but the quote in the author's comment really seals it off.
What more can I say? Even though it looks like it was done in simple, sketchy way, it's beautifully complex. I can see a lot of effort went into the final outcome of this picture/comic page. There's lots of feeling in those lines and dark colors.

As for my interpretation, I want to just run off and write a fic based on this picture, but here's what I thought happened:
Stan died a week or two ago, and no one was more devastated than Kyle. At first he was in denial, like it was one of those bad dreams that you literally wait to wake up from. He refused to cry because it was surely a dream. Then depression seeped into his bones and drained him to a miserable and hollow person. At some point during the night, he wanders out into the snow to a familiar place.
He lays back in it and stares at the sky for few moments before closing his eyes.
That's when everything in your comic comes in.
I think Stan is saddened and slightly disappointed in Kyle for the way he reacted to his death, so he takes this chance to see him.
After washing off the outer coating of what was sealing Kyle in a permanent major depression, he clears and calms his mind, and bleeds out the feelings that used to bubble up in his stomach (by stabbing him with the scissors). These feelings are calming and sweet and tangible like adoring whispers, and Stan takes them in one at a time. Then Stan carefully mends Kyle's heart after cutting it out. It's tedious, yet he feels safer. He becomes overwhelmed with emotions and begins to cry, to which causes him to wake up again. He sits up, glances around in hopes that Stan would still be there, but no such luck.
The stitches in his coat over his heart signify to him that he didn't just imagine everything. It was Stan.
Finally, he cries.
Bahah, that was loong. And it's no problem. :3 It's really touching. I'm pretty sure everyone at least once has or will feel that angry.

Kyle turned out a little too tall...I usually dont want that much of a height difference but...it works here...
even though he is taller he is still the weaker one, and that is obvious...
