hmmm?EDIT. I drew this by the way, It is based from an image that someone 'took' from a 'leaked' Coro-Coro magazine page.

Ah, and for a little insight, the blue (or white as they are on this picture) were meant to be orbs, that were hiding a secret, if you used a special item on Rotom you could obtain one of the formes. That's what some of the Japanese text translated to on the original Fake Scan.
