Pristine, yet so easy to corrupt.
Worthless without purpose.
Discarded when unneeded.
I am blue.
It’s the colour crystallised through the lens of my right eye.
It’s all I see.
The sapphire serves its purpose for sight,
so why can’t I serve mine as a daughter?
