I colored the line I did the other day. I tried to get as colorful as possible but still, even with tweaking the colors are not true to the original.. The sky is a light blue and here it is almost white.Oh well, this was fun and I like doing things like this.
Halfway through coloring this I was opening some white ink and spilled it right on his stomach...I tried to cover it but made it worse. It is small but I hated it and tried to fix it in photoshop. Whoa...I just looked at it and it looks much more noticable now. I will fix that on the original and reupload it tomorrow... I want to go read now and my hand is tired from drawing.

This is really cool, Kip! I love the smiling mushrooms in the background and your ink mistake doesn't show up at all.
This is straight out of the 60s and looks a lot like the work of Peter Max!

Your scanners not the only one that does that to lighter colours, but it looks really good anyway.
