However, I recently found out that Asuna and Negi are blood related so I'm so upset!!!!!!!!!!

They never proved they were blood related. They ended the manga without bringing that up.

Its says that they are probably related that doesnt mean that they are. Its not truly cofirmed because of Asuna's little known past and other things, they might not have any blood ties with them. So its best to hope for the best and they are not.
By the way its a nice picture of them, I like how Megi has Asuna's eyes
