Ooooh, my english is not good, but I'll try to tell everything  in detail)
I'm self-taught, and certainly there is a faster and easier way to achieve the desired effect. So far, I operate the layers as long as the result does not satisfy me and the time it takes a few tens of hours. This one I made only in PaintTool SAI and used the standard tools, but most of all "Fine Ronde 1" and "Soft Dumb".
