Too bad that Good 21 doesn't have a Cell Absorbed form or heck even a Frieza Absorbed Form could you imagine if Good 21 was like "Oh you absorbed Cell, well I absorbed Frieza, now let's fight."

It's kind of somewhat unfair that the Evil 21 has an additional form that the Good one doesn't though.

True. The fact that they split kinda reminds me of Majin Buu when he splits from his evil self after the two bad guys shot Mr. Satan and Bee.
