you could at least watch Pauls animation, he worked about a year on in and so far its a well animated cartoon made on the program I use for drawing

oh I dont draw with the pencil tool or a pen pad like thing, I never really found those easy to handle, I use the pen tool and also the tab thats labeled "Modify" then I click on shape and smooth
