Okay. This one is still a work in progress...as the title would suggest. My Computer is currently giving me issues so I had to revert to scanning it in rather than drawing it with my tablet.

Hopefully soon I will remedy my computer problems so I can continue with this project.

In the meantime I thought I would upload the general design sketch. I almost always draw all of my work traditionally first. I'm still getting the feel of drawing straight from the tablet...still have so much more control with traditional media.

His name is Karise and he is a commission I am working on for a friend. I'm having a lot of fun with this one. Kims gave me a lot of creative leeway. The only real direction she gave me was that she wanted something with a "glasgow smile."

...and this is what I came up with.

I'll keep you guys updated as it goes along. Once its complete it will be full digital media. <3

Any suggestions from fellow artists are always welcome.
