fantastic! brilliant concept and fantastic make up- even if there is a lamp in it! i don' think it takes anything away from the image by being there- in fact i probably wouldn't have batted an eyelid if i hadn't read it in the description!
very nice model and a great pose from him. how long did it take you to persuade him to put on all the paint?!

this photoshoot was actually his idea. We were bored and wanted to take pictures so he mentioned something about a photoshoot he saw on americas next top model and wanted to re-enact it. So he did all the make-up and everything. After a while i suggested he put a different color paint on his fingers and pose with his hands.

This is such a strong image, but so playful at the same time. I love how you've put so much work into the details, the splatters of paint all over the model's face and body. I hope you know I love your photography (just in case you don't - I love your photography!) and please tell Andrew that he's an amazing model

by 'light' do you mean the green/gray clouding on the corners? i was gonna ask if that was intentional... i have a "too bad it's in the shot" feeling toward it. but the composition of the photo is fantastic, and it would;'ve suffered if you'd cropped it.

No that was intentional, I'm talking about the actual light you can see the lamp in the upper left corner. I wasnt able to crop it out without taking out part of his hand which is part of the concept
