Basically haven't stopped singing this song since this episode aired. Pearl may not be my favorite, but I'll be damned if she doesn't get all the best musical numbers.

The fandom treats her like trash. Any emotion she shows is instantly followed by someone going "Ugh, so salty!" Like how would you feel if the person you secretly loved for hundreds of years fell in love with someone else, and then died? She's selfish and petty sometimes, yes, but she tries so hard to be there for Steven. Best character, no doubt in my mind.
But you're right, she's the only character that a lot of people seem to hate on. |D But this episode hopefully changed a lot of peoples minds about her.
