This MushMaw exhibits the glass skin mutation and as described, their hide is transparent and allows light to shine through it so the skeleton and organs are visible! Not only that, but this Maw's skeleton is able to glow using the same method that glow-in-the-dark objects use. [absorbing sunlight]
For their growth they have absorbed water in the atmosphere and are able to produce mist through their skin, giving themselves a very ominous appearance. Humans and other MushMaws in their world have probably been given quite the fright upon discovering this particular Maw!
