History Profile
0 - 5 Years Old: This was around the time her parents decided to move to Japan to live closer to her father’s side of the family since they were nicer and offered to help pay the rent until her mother had picked up a job. At the age of 4 her mother became friends with a lovely woman from the neighborhood who turned out to be Toruu’s mother. This ended in Hiroto, Kimiko and Toruu being forced to play with each other. They did get along but there were a lot of moment in which the boys would leave Kimiko behind.

6 - 11 Years Old: Kimiko followed in her now idol’s footsteps and went to the same middle school to which Toruu went. There she met Tobio and became instant friends with him due to her caring nature and never leaving her alone even if he threatened her.

12 - 15 Years Old: Toruu introduced Kimiko to his best friend Hajime which, unfortunately for him, ended up with Kimiko slowly falling for Hajime and spending more and more time with him than with her actual childhood best friend. It was also around this time in which Toruu and Kimiko participated in a practice match against each other. Long story short, Kimiko broke two of her finger trying to block a ball all by herself and lost the match which fueled her hate and desire to prove to herself and everyone that she was indeed stronger than Toruu.

16 - 18 Years Old: Toruu and Kimiko reunite once again during a practice match. However this time she is not the one playing against him even though she does her best to convince the coach of the boy’s volleyball team to let her play. Her hate for Toruu only grew once Karasuno is beaten by Seijoh in the semi finals. Kimiko confesses the reason of her hatred towards Toruu after Karasuno won the semi finals and she realized that Karasuno winning was not her own victory.

19 +: Kimiko moves away with her brother for college.
