This world is a rotten mess same old thing day after day, this single notebook, dropped into the human world set off an all-out battle between two chosen people, start looking around you and all you see are people the world would be better off without, using this notebook I can change this rotten world, I'm going to make the whole world know its here that somebody is passing righteous judgment on them!
and then nobody will commit crimes anymore, the world will start to become a better place and while people who obviously deserve to be punished are dying of heart attacks I'll gradually be killing off immoral people and people who harass others, through illness and accidents, they'll realize they'll die if they don't change their ways I'll make this a world inhabited only by the people i decide are good!
and I will reign over a new world!
