RULES
You can:
Use this as Avatar/Icon and Decoration
Credit is appreciated but not necessary, just don't say you created it.
edit: oook, it is mentioned below but, you must credit if you're re-uploading recolors of your character! you can
skip crediting if you use as icon or put this version on your page (as long as you use the thumb code), but recolor reposts must have credit!
(don't need to tag me tho, just "base by shugarbitz/l3itbox" or something is ok dsgfdhg)

You CANNOT:
Re-post the original icon anywhere!! (You can re-post your recolored versions if you wish but please credit either this account or lawfu)
Sell commissions using this base! Just don't (It is supposed to be free!!). You can recolor it for other users for free tho!
