The facial and eye composure of this picture was very, VERY well executed. I give you a solid pat on the back for that talented piece of additive.
The rest of the body however, is horribly unbalanced with anatomical disproportional issues practically everywhere on (and hanging off of ) the body. I'd seriously suggest learning the actual human form before experimenting with anime deformed figures.
Great work nonetheless and donβt ever quit, youβre going places.

You are correct, sir.
^^ Thanks for having the guts to actually TELL ME SO, instead of the usual "OMG It's Sooo KAWAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!" comments I get.
My problem is I have no formal art training, nor can I afford to attend any classes at this point in time. Art books from the library can only teach so much... I feel I need an art instructor cracking a whip at my back; I'm not disciplined enough to do it myself.
Heh. Someday....
Thanks for stopping by and commenting though. 'Tis much appreciated!

Art training? Pfff, the only FREE art training you could ever get was in highschool, and even that was sad.
Anatomy art books are all you need. Advice from other amatuer professionals on the forum thumbshare forum is all the critiquing help you'll require. Dont feel so disheartened.
Do what I did, get an anatomy book and study countless poses from the internet, the way the body moves broken down into shapes is very important. Then find someone who is willing to help you out phyiscally by redrawing and correcting your proportions when you present it to them. There are countless artists on this site that would be willing to tutor you
Dont give up, a book I definitly recommend is Dynamic Anatomy, and Anatomy for the Artist, which you can easily get at any public library or art store.

I lufs this picture! It looks like a character right out of an anime. It looks so professinal, with the hair and the eyes and what not. Great job!
