Her name is Aki Fujiiro and she's the 3rd seat of the 10th division
She grew up in Rukongai with Shiro-Chan and Hinamori Momo!
After joining the 10th division and spending time with Rangiku, she became as stylish as her ^^
She loves to make fun of her captain, especially about his small size x) and she is always in a good mood
Her name "Fujiiro" means "purple/violet" in Japanese hence the color of her hair

A little late to comment, but she's adorable! She kinda reminds me of Kirio Hikifune - the hair colour and smile, mainly - but I've never seen a Bleach OC as well-done as her.
