And thus we finally are here, right at the end of everything, with my new #1 pick for most hateful character in video games. I will admit it. I never trully finished the Genocide route. After I finished the battle with Sans, I did not save that progress at all. I was too scared from the occurances I heard around the internet about your Pacifist Routes being destroyed for good after finishing Genocide. I could not take that risk. Not for my babies x)
Compared to all the destruction she has behind her, quite surprisingly, Pawniard is the quota here. It's the closest thing I could find to relate to this little knife-wielding murder machine. An ironic plus is that Pawniard's design makes it look like it wears a stripped shirt. I swear to god, these ironies gave me chills throughout the creation of this collage. x/
Hydreigon are well-known for their extreme cruelty and to be honest, I did not need any more reason than to add this bad boy in Chara's team. The viciousness of these Pokemon is right up their alley and I even went for the shiny colours to drive home the similarities. Green sure is a scary colour.
Mega Mewtwo Y is the Mega of choice here. I choose it over X, because Mega Y exhibits the highest mental power of the two and it stands for the ideology of Chara being awakened by pure power. Mind and power collide in this Mega form to bring about another fitting pokemon.
The three legends on Chara's team are the final pieces that build off of the legendaries in the teams of Sans and Asriel. Where Asriel holds the balance between life and death and ultimately chose life, Chara stands as the true death that comes to literally everything in the world of Undertale. On the same vein, Black Kyurem is the power of all the ideals about gaming (EXP, LVL, ATK, DEF and so on) that stand against Sans's truth, which is that these ideals ultimately fuel some inner hostility. And finally, Giratina stands as the nothingness Chara eventually brought at the end of everything, transcending even time and space itself, in order to finally bring everything to a bitter end...
I watched the end after the fight with Sans on Youtube. I was right to not carry on. All the things Chara stands for, I am not sure if I am part of them. I only played Genocide to complete the story. I never really enjoyed what I did. Does that absolve me from the true message of the game regarding how players treat their games? Does that put me "above consequences" for my actions? As far as I know, I stopped when I physically had the chance. I feel I did not do what Chara wanted. I choose to not be just another gamer. And there may STILL be hope for this underground world.

Arguably Black Kyurem's ideals could represent the Undertale fanbase. A vocal portion of them believe that there is a "right way" to play the game while White Kyurem's truth is that you always had a choice to do the genocide run.

Giratina is also known as the Renegade pokemon and the fandom even calls it the Lucifer to Arceus. And as Asriel told us, Chara wasn't exactly a beacon of good and love either...now a level of LOVE, though...Yeah, we both know how that went. x)

I would love to help, but I sadly can't sprite to save my life. All I am good at is sprite collages using existing sprites that others have made. I can't do much outside form what you see in these Undertale pictures. x)

Chara isn't evil. Chara is simply punishing you for your genocide route. This isn't a typical RPG where you're above consequences, oh no.
Chara slashes the world in one hit because it's what YOU were depopulating everyone and everything.
Chara corrupts your pacifist routes to remind you of your past and how you can't escape it.

Punishing as Chara may be, it still does not change the fact that Chara WAS actually evil, as per Asriel's words. A judge Chara may be, but no one said they were completely neutral in said judgement.
Besides, pure Determination is neither good, nor evil. It only becomes so depending on one's actions. And Chara is the exact way to show what Determination can do at the hands of an evil soul. No trully neutral, or just, soul would enact in such punishments unless they revelled in the destruction just as much.
"An eye for an eye" is what closely comes to mind for Chara. Not to mention that through said "reminding", Chara finds a way to be free into the world once again and proceed with their own genocide. Boy, that sure sounds not evil enough.
