Awesome dragon with an awesome colour^o^ I really like that you made his eyes orange, t draws the attention to them even more. And you just drew one of the things I have most problem with; lightning << you did a great work if only a little flash effect on the clouds and on Lanzarus would have made it even better.

But yeah, blue/orange-combination rules. Other great attention-grabbing colourscemes would ne green/red and yellow/purple, the latter is a bit harder to pull of in a realistic setting though
