Well... it was about time I made some Twilight Princess fanart again ^^ *especially after seeing the fail appearance of Link in The Skyward Sword *_*, pfftt, puffy pants* The last one I made was... two years ago? hehe, and there is some improvement I think <3

*but making this was a pretty disaster, ask Lady about the ink rains that stuck my paper >.> and no, you don't see the ink spots anymore, luckily*
So when Lady stayed with me for a couple of days, we figured out we both wanted to make Link, or at least, twilight princess fanart, so we did :3
This is the first time I rely on the new scanner *the first time I use a scanner at all, lol* because the camera messed the whole picture up with this gloomy light *points out of her window to the gray clouds* I think he did pretty well :3
And Lady, I want to see your fanart on DA too, naaaooowww >:]

Is this watercolour, I can't really tell. The wolf looks really good^^ There is the biggest improvment between those pics, great work.

it's acrylic ink, a birthday present I got about a month ago ^^
They are a liquid form of acrylics, so they won't just get washed away with water and are very solid after they dried up :3

Have you noticed his pants? It's all poofy, and someone mentioned aerodynamic pants, which it actually is XD

Yes I saw his baggy pants xD They didn't bother me much though. I don't know what to think about the art style.. I didn't like wind waker when I first saw it but then when I played it, it became my secound favourite zelda game. For me the list goes 1.LoZ: Ocarina of time 2.Windwaker 3.Majoras mask 4.TP. (I haven't played any gameboy/DS zelda or any that came before OoT) Btw, I really liked TP as well, it just didn't leave as big impression as the other ones. I usually refer to it as "The ledgend of Midna" more then the original title xD She kinda stole the show (and was an awesome! character

Watercolors are very different from acrylics, but that's what I like about the acrylic inks: it's a combination of acrylics, and ecolines *liquid watercolors*.

I never played Ocarina of time or Majoras mask though... my brother did, I just watched *I always freaked out when I had the controller in my hands and the skeletons came out of the ground at night, so I let my bro play it instead, and prefered it to watch
hehe, I did some ds zelda games. You should do the same, Phantom hourglass was kindof the sequel to Windwaker, and it was fun to have a stylus to work with *making boomerang tracks and such*
meh, that was the one which grabbed me the most. I loved the story, and it was kindof something completely different from what came before *maybe because of midna, it was kindof the legend of midna i guess

Loved the story about Midna too^^ I guess I just like the other stories a bit more. I might be a bit biased as OoT was my first adventure game. I loved how they made Zelda a more consistent part of the story there, in some other games she's very downplayed, like in MM, and sometimes just plain out boring, as in TPand downplayed. It just feels weird when the one the ledgend is about has nothing to do with the story XD (It didn't make the game bad, of course)
It would be cool if Midna got a spinoff game

True, though Zelda is, oddly enough, very rarely in the spotlight. Apart from OoT and WW almost her only part in most games is to be rescued. The most original story in Zelda, I think, is in MM and there she only had one flashback-scene other than that he had nothing to do with the story. If memory serves me right the idea of a dark and light hyrule wolrds already have been in Zelda A link to the Past and Camel told me Link has had a wolf-form before. But yeah, having a(other) paralell world to hyrule is pretty interessting, maybe we'll see the twili-world again somtime.

Probably not as soon its get released since I'll probably be busy then, but as soon as I have time to play it I think I will.
I know next to nothing about the story of it. Some rumors say it will take place even before OoT sure why not?=u= and some have theory that it takes place right before wind waker as it seems it have floating islands in the sky (islands anyone?)
The gameplay seems very interessting to me
As for the graphics.. dunno.. I've heard they went for a more stylish painting-like direction like impressionism and I can see that in some parts. Like how they made the clouds and such, but I'm not very impressed by it. It does fit the franchise though.

yea, wel, that is the cool part of the game, the controls. As for TP, you just could swing your remote barely, and you would slash your monster to death XD *I've been very lazy with my swordskills, I admit
but being able to control the weapons you have in hands... yea, it sounds good to me ^^
Hmmhmm, the graphics kindof made me feel a bit sad... I hoped for a more realistic style, since we don't have many realism-ish styles *'cept for TP* but then again, that would look too much like the first Wii Zelda game...
But who knows, maybe this will completely suck me into the game as well :3

The only game with motioncontrols I've played are wii sports and okami and that went pretty well, soon to come is Metroid prime 3^^. I know zelda will be working together with wii motion plus so it will be more accurate.
Realism usually are most for games targeted at older audiences. Zelda has always been targeted at ppl around 10(I was so bad at english at 10 <<). Personly, I like variation. If you like fantasy games with realism style I can recomend Dragon age origins for pc, it's a roleplaying game to the core and not adventure, but it's pretty fun and has a very good story which changes depending on your choices.
When I'm being silly I usually just name him after words to mess up the sentences XD Like "sorry", "or not", "whops" and so on
