Thanks! No, I don't have a tutorial sorry
For the mouth I used 3rd Degree to make the edges of the mouth raised. I then used Ben Nye Magicake paints for the mouth and teeth, plus some Ben Nye Fresh Scab blood for some bloody detail. I used Ben Nye Clown Makeup and white powder over the top for the white face part.
