Arcane is very standoffish to others. He's not shy, per se, but sees no point in letting people fuss over him, when they can't touch him. He comes and goes as he pleases, appearing just before disaster strikes, sometimes in an attempt to warn others and sometimes just to watch the resulting chaos.
Likes: The tension in the air just before a storm hits, high places, a comfortable place to curl up and nap.
Dislikes: People trying to touch him, canines of any sort.
