Look at this! Something that isn't a commission!
It's been long overdue to make something with no restrictions. The armour is something that I'm quite proud of, as I've never done that amount of it before, and making it all look relatively similar was a bit of a challenge for me.
I'm interested in selling this horse as a character package deal-y thing, so I may make a reference for her and set up an auction to buy the character and this manipulation. Please let me know if this is something worth doing!

Thank you so much! I tried a slightly different technique with the hair- I painted out the large highlights and shadows first, and then just defined them. I'm really glad you like the effect! c:

The armour is so beautifully painted, the way it reflects the light, the pattern engraved into the metal, and the way it actually looks 3D against the horse rather than flat against it is!

Because, firstly, the stock you've found and put together looks flawless. They work so well together!
Second, the horse. The prepping and recoloring is astoundingly beautiful, the eye is so eyecatching and stunning. I love the green! It works really well with the background and lighting c:
Third, the armour. I JUST MEAN. DAMN. How do you even do it? It looks so realistic, the pattern, the shape, the shadows and all make it look like it sits perfectly on the horse and nothing looks wierd!
Four, the hair. Always the hair. I mean, I just love the curly cuteness that looks so well done and realistic and not at the same time!
This sums up the TRYIN TO KILL ME-part. You get it now?
