It snowed last night. :<Switched classes in Schoolism to Dice Tsutsumi's and Robert Kondo's course on light and color design... I feel like such a traitor, I started this in SAI and it wasn't doing what I was wanting, so I switched to Photoshop. Buh.

It snowed here, too. Eeeeuuuggghhh.
But this is so nice! I am in LOVE with the shadows in the snow! I really need to push myself to make my shading darker/more dramatic -- all these gorgeous snowy scenes that keep cropping up all over the art side of the internet are reminding me that I need to work on that. (I have a snowy picture I need to color, so maybe I'll practice on that!)
