its when you take 3 differently exposed shots of the same thing. and then get on the computer and merge them together, so the whole scene is properly exposed.

yeah in hindsight the fence gets in the way.. ill keep that in mind next time

Could do without the fence though. HDR at night is difficult, you did well though.
