EDIT:Since left DA I will keep this design for one of my OCs because I love it so much.After I add her hat I realize that she look cutter with it and I decide to stick with the original sketch. I don't know why, but I desperately want this outfit! Especially the skirt. I love it.
I tried to make Sugar look as sweet as her name. She is 'OC. Hope you like it.

Thanks! Let me tell you how my RQ work: I usually don't take RQ (only do point commissions), except for a couple of days a month when I open free RQ with limited places(usually 3) and the 1st come 1st served. All the places for Frutti Music bar are taken [link] . If you want I can do a Commission for you, if not you have to wait and check my profile and my journal to see when I open free RQ again ( but it won't be FMB cause I choose a different theme every time).
