Just a quick height reference chart, starting with the shortest (Raven) and ending with the biggest (Mammoth).A useful tool as I make other characters. It's pretty easy to get proportions off by a pixel or two, and then things look weird.
I've also been using this image to help with that:

I also edited Mad Mod and Robin's sprites a bit. I gave Mad Mod a smaller head and more sinister looking eyes. As for Robin, he looked like he needed a bigger head and some cooler looking head spikes ^^
