This is a BEAUTIFUL cosplay!
It's funny that someone has the audacity to say something so unnecessary regardless of the fact she put blood, sweat, and tears into this cosplay. Strange, how she never mentioned who she cosplaying in the description box but the person knew who she was cosplaying.

Cosplay is not physical appearance similarity, though it helps. Cosplay is based on the cosplayer's likes and how similar or un-similar they may feel towards the character they cosplay, and in effect deciding to put in the time and effort to make that cosplay.
race should have nothing to do with this: people have done fantastic cosplays of Avatar characters and no human is BLUE or 9 feet tall. people have done fantastic cosplays of homestuck troll characters and no human is GREY.
if you limit yourself to race you sorely limit yourself to what you could potentionally be enjoying within a fandom or community.
Aoi did an awesome job with her cosplay, and more specifically, it was not done for you or for your narrow-visioned expectations.
