I know you aren't into ComiPo anymore. But I tried doing some of the stuff your saying. Can You do a steam version of this or do you know where I can find stuff like that?

The program is called ComiPo Manga Maker.Β It is available through several sellers.Β The most popular is probably Steam (due to the summer and winter sales where you can usually get the base program and all the DLC for about 50 dollars) and Comradz for a non-steam version, but expect to pay more there.
Some people also prefer the Japanese version because they are faster with updates.

Shaving one's head is very liberating.
Honestly, it is a knock against comments that have been made to me and many women in their lives about cutting their hair short (or off).Β There are boys out there that believe that if a woman doesn't have long flowing hair she isn't feminine and that they have the right to tell the person they are with how to treat themselves.Β I can't tell you how many times I've heard things like, "I would never LET my girl do that."Β It boggles my mind.Β If you prefer long hair say so but don't force your preference on someone.Β No healthy adult should ever need someone else's permission for them to change something about themselves, like their hair.

I found funny the comipo character, big eyes, big smile, head shaved for the tutorial. I won't make fun of her in real life. Β When i put a comment, i forget sometimes it's the author who speaks and not the character
For me women can have the hair they want, i'm more interested if they are good people. (that's apply for men too)
But... If my girlfriend let her hair grow to the shoulders to please me, i won't object
