A death in the family had its issue decided on a public vote. Nowadays, it's known that a person programmed his phone to call the "death" line every two seconds! In The Brave and the Bold, Bat-mite even stated he voted for it, too- and it was a comical series!

(It was not easy, to arrive right after Dick Grayson. This, and Jason had the thug style) .Still, Jason stayed dead for 20 years and the expression "Nobody stays dead except Bucky , Uncle Ben , and Jason Todd ." was coined. Aaaaand was proven wrong, as he resurrected in the 2000's, because...Because Superboy-prime punched reality? ...You don't get it, either? It may explains that in the adaptation Under the red hood, he was bathed into the Lazarus pit instead. Oh, and that's the case here too: I tend to loose my sense of humor in front of characters invented just to mock fans, like prime.

Red hood being his new identity, as a villain, (to avenge himself of both Batma nand the Joker) but he evolved into an anti hero.

That's why Jo does not consider this as an example, the concerned victim being currently alive. Also "Since when civils opinion is taken in consideration?" Well, this a is a shout out to readers. It's hard to believe, to me, that once their opinion was cared about to the point their decision influenced how a story ended. Since when, it's rather: "Never listening and mock cruelly", to the point that the vote, and the decision tied with, was undone by the resurrection. Voters, do you want your money back?
