Description
Sonic 3 Complete made Sonic 3 perfect, the ultimate, better than the original release even, but still had a few issues, mainly with sprites. The Sonic 3 Flying Battery sprites were very close to Sonic 2 sprites in the original game, basically leftovers from the Sonic 3 Beta, so I updated them to be more in line with the Sonic 3 style. Sonic also had one blue arm for his snowboarding sprite, so naturally that has to be fixed.

Meanwhile, in Sonic 3 Complete, the snowboarding sprites felt VERY rushed for the Sonic 1 and 2 spritesets, so I combined the Sonic 3 Beta surfing sprite's head with the Sonic 1 and 2 style snowboarding sprites, and recoloured and redrawn appropriately, and then one based on more of an S3 Beta look. The S2-style hanging sprites are made to have only 3 shades of blue, to be more like the Sonic 3 Beta. The Sonic 3 Beta win pose sprites are by originally by Sonichex (how do I tag on here?), and edited by me to make the face look a bit better, and fix the accidental extra shades of blues and reds added.

Fun fact: The rotating hanging sprites were not used in the Zones worked on before Sonic 3, so I did not make any for that. Meanwhile, Flying Battery was being worked on very on enough to still be using the S3 Beta/Sonic 2 sprites, and oddly Sky Sanctuary was as well, with the Knuckles fight once made to take place there.
