This all started with this economics project where we were supposed to invent our own kind of currency. I, thanks to my friend Cora, decided that I should make my 'money' electronic, where people have a computer chip implanted in their wrists with a barcode tattoed over it, attached to sensors that are perfectly aligned with the chip. Then when you make a purchase you simply swipe your wrist across something like they have at supermarkets, and a profile comes up, stating the same information a credit card would state, full name, phone number, address, plus an ID photo. So then, I took the photoshopped diagram of how this would work and changed it into a depiction of modern society and how our obsession with electronics is gradually turning us into nothing but a number, a barcode, a computer. Yay for the slow destruction of humankind. I love electronics!

looks like you took it using a printer-scanner device... I like your creativity but that idea creeps me out... I hope I'm long gone before that happens.. does this tatoo-microchip on the body grows too with the body? does it grow in size as we do? a chip that size won't fit on a baby's.. ahihihih...

The other one I was debating using was "I may not sell souls on govenment time" or "camoflauge body paint is not an official uniform"... what it is, is this list of things that this guy got told off for trying to do whilst in the army. The chicken and rice thing came up at a supper conversation, he never actually tried that one, but the other 200+ he did actually attempt, he is so my hero.

Well then we're just gonna hafta reconstruct your hands digitally, so they look real, but they're really holograms. Them we'll put your computer chip in your throat, so when ya need to buy something you swipe your throat, cause that's convieniant.

Sweet sculpture! Sadly, although I do agree with you that the human race is really turning into a bunch of numbers and lines on a screen, I'm addicted to electronics, I can't go a day without them, I practically go through withdrawl! Which just proves me point... God, humans need help, or spontanous combustion, whatever makes more sense at the time.
