Funny story behind this one...

Mom had me hurry outside with a camera, because she had seen a huge exotic moth in the backyard with leaf-like wings. She didn't get a close look at it because she was afraid of scaring it away.

I went out with my camera, and told Mom, "There's two of them--and they're doing it."

So, what Mom thought was one enormous moth with elaborate wings was actually two large moths mating.

Unfortunately, my field guides are packed up so I can't tell you what kinda moth those are. :< It's interesting how different the two genders look.
