edit Her eye color has finally been decided as a dark green, like the Euclase stonesorry for another stupid update
you might have to download. Honestly, next week I'll get back to posting real art! Even have a nice picture finished, so it's a promise I can keep. yes Jen, it is THAT picture >w<I will move this to scraps later, but for now I want advice! I would really appreciate some tips on how to go about making a character design sheet!
Is this way OK? do you have a better suggestion I should do?

I know, I shouldn't have done it chibi like, but it was easier for me, and since this was just an experiment, didn't feel like doing a non-chibi version. I know they are in there somewhere... ignore the spelling errors please!....I like the swimsuit XDDDD

This is cool. Since I'm starting to draw the various outfits worn by one of my characters, I thought I'd take a look at this. Can't believe I forgot to comment or fave this Euclase guide. This has been fixed. Like the detailed descriptions. So what kind of weather is there where she lives? I imagine dust/sand storms are not exactly rare! *laughs*

She is from a desert area that is extremely probe to sandstorms so you guessed right!

Well, the goggles and the large over-robe/coat kind of suggested desert.

Euclase can take the heat, doesn't bother her at all~ cold temperatures though, she can't take!
contest dress might be a little too fluffy though XDDD I might change it a bit to tone it down. (the swimsuit is actually based on old-fashioned Victorian swimsuits! that's what females would have on while swimming back in that era. )

maybe XDDDD I've seen a few of these old fashion swimsuits in a museum, and I just adore them. The originals have so much more frill and useless fluff on them to the point they look like cute sundresses with pants!

I really like how you made some of her designs the old-fashioned style; she looks very elegant.
And for advice...hmm......I've never made one of these so I'm not sure of it, but maybe you can draw some "detailed" stuff (like accessories or complex patterns on the dress) in the open spaces?? Agh......I'm sorry if this isn't a good advice...>_>

ah, that makes perfect seance on what to do! thank you very much for that advice. a little box along the sides will be a perfect place for important accessories or patterns.
I want advice because I was thinking about makeing a 'character design' meme/form for OCPL. I noticed that some gym leaders and elite 4 members are only waist-up, with no full body image in the gallery, while browsing. that might make things difficult for challengers since we have to draw them in a battle. It might be nice to have a full body refrence available.
