Fukkuteru's older brother and the eldest of Lake Wave and Velvet's children. He is rather sarcastic at times, and has the habit to say the wrong things at the wrong moment. Catseye is an overprotective brother with his sisters, and doesn't like when any of them are dating some temnokt. Lake Wave believes Catseye is old enough to marry and is looking for a mate for him, but he thinks otherwise.
