Twilight's not even in this comic. Nor are Cadance or Tia.
Now, I personally don't think that Twi is a Mary Sue, but it's a fact that some people disagree, and I can't deny that she's more Mary-Sue-ish than any non-princess character. And Luna is clearly the least Sue of the princesses.
Basically, what I'm saying is that you can't just go around complimenting Rarity like that just because you don't like her. I know Mary Sues are bad characters, but doesn't mean all bad characters are perfect in every way. You can be flawed from every perspective.
