So, this is a really really late B-day gift for I am so sorry it is so late! School decided to take over my life again. >.< But it's done! The seaweed looks like crap but it gets the point across.I attempted at doing an actual background and I am somewhat happy with it but... Meh... It's done and I am sick of looking at it.

I was actually able to finish the big projects I have been working on, so I decided I might as well work on this before I forget about it completely.
the back ground I did following a tutorial step by step(ish I have a newer version of PS so there were a few things missing/out of place for me) I love the water, hate the seaweed.
