the thing is though typhlosion's evo line is NOT affected by cold because they can control heat throughout and around their entire bodies therefore could never get cold no matter how cold it can get! that and they have thick fur! unlike most other fire evo lines say for example charizard's they don't have that ability and only their tails are on fire so they would be greatly affected by cold!
