The demons in your heart only have as much power as you give them.This is my entry for the contest "It's a beautiful day outside" from the Undertale-Fans group!
The mission was to illustrate your fight against Sans. The thing is, I haven't played a genocide run myself, but if I did, I probably wouldn't finish it. I would stop either before the fight against Sans or directly after it.
The backstory of this painting is that Frisk started the fight, then went 'Nope.' and decided that they want to drop their knife and quit before it's too late. Poor Chara - their plan failed once again.
I know that this is not exactly consistent with the game mechanics, but please cut me some slack. The thought of Sans and Frisk pressing the RESET button together was just too cute.

this is a very cute and heart-warming artwork! the aftermath from the battle being fixed by resetting together...
as the light source is right above the focal point, it really stands out frisk's and sans' expressions (also loove the light reflections,,, that knife,, 👌👌👌)

I was thinking about drawing a regular fight scene first, but then idea of depicting a sort of internal fight instead of a physical one was much more appealing

Looks good. I'll end my genocide run right after I win the fight against Sans... but that will take some more time, I guess.
I just want to win once. But I don't know how many tries I have left before I can't do this anymore.
