Description
It's been a while since I've tried my hand at animating. The reason I always come back to it from time to time is that I think animation is one of the most difficult and admirable art forms - or at least I find it really difficult myself. That's also why I decided to take the minimalistic approach this time. By just animating the silhouette, I could focus on the movement without having to worry about details (And I could just skip drawing half the cycle when the other foot is on the front. Yeah, I'm lazy.).

The cycle itself is just 8 frames, and to make it a bit more interesting, I added the blinks. It's nothing impressive or outstanding, but I'm still very proud of it because it's probably the first animation I ever made that doesn't look choppy or weird. I'm finally pleased with what I did, even if it's small and simple.

Update: I added Inbetweens to smoothen the thing some more and tweaked the timing a little bit to give it a more snappy feel.
