Wow, this is an absolutely beautiful picture of Sailor Mercury!
You did such a wonderful job drawing her in her first form, I love the way you drew her sweet pose & lovely expression, as well as how you bedazzled her planetary symbol in blue glitter, which I believe adds a really impressive touch to this artpiece! 
At least in my opinion, this might be one of your best pieces of Sailor Moon fan-art yet, even though I've always loved many other pieces of Sailor Moon fan-art that you have made through out the years, and I'll bet if Naoko Takeuchi had ever saw your artwork, I'm sure that she would be so proud of you & impressed by your talent.
