I like the overall style and the details and coloring are excellent. I know the dragon is unfinshed whih explains much so I'll leave that alone ^-^ Her eyes seem a bit odd, particularly the back one, looks kinda like she has lazy eye and it seems a bit small. The nail of her middle finger looks like it's been lifted, ouch. If she's asian her nose seems a tad large, more romanesque than asian. Other than those three things, and the bits you stated you're still working on, it looks great ^-^

i think i fix her face a bit and i'm close to done with the dragon but there is still so much to do
