This plush Celestia is AMAZING. I couldn't tell it was a plush at first, I thought it was a beautiful sculpture until I saw her clean and bright embroidery. Her details, like the vines and flowers make her look very dainty and sets a serene feeling. Her closed eyes and the position of the legs make her look even more calmer, and that paired with the photography/setting make it look as if she is enjoying a quiet evening spent flying outside. The delicate curls on her hair make her feel even more beautiful, like an angel. Beautiful pony, nonetheless, this is truly a work of art.

This is simply the most stunning Celestia I have ever seen.
I have Celestia plushes from other Very Big Name MLP plushie makers. They may be larger, closer to the style of the show, and perhaps with cleaner, less visible stitchery. But they do not have the emotional punch that this Celestia does. The essence of the character... the gentleness, the regal bearing, the "unearthliness", the sorrow of a thousand years of seeing friends age and pass... all come through loud and clear. Magnificent. When I look at this plush, I don't see merely a mass of fiber-fill and acrylic... I see your image of Celestia given form.
Okay, on to the more subjective stuff. The caveat is that I don't know which end of the sewing-needle is the pointy one til the "ouch" comes, so take these comments with whatever weighting (or lack thereof) is appropriate.
The stitch-line forming the fold at the front of her hindleg where it joins the torso is a little on the obvious side, and is a straight line on a character defined by sweeping curves. Though this is clearly intended to give her torso and haunches a little definition, this could be improved upon to make the join call less attention to itself.
The cutie-mark is not from the show depiction. However, your interpretation of it is wholly fitting to the style of the rest of the plush (the garlands in particular). And speaking of the garlands... where did you come up with the vision for that? The flowers and vines complement the character (her mane and tail in particular) very well, and the little patch of periwinkle under the wing is the ideal support for the same color of her eyelid/"eye shadow".
A little surface filigree on the crown and shoes would make them blend a bit better... they look a little plain in comparison to the rest of the character. Perhaps this is part of the detail you have yet planned. Only a tiny bit of detail would be needed, just something to echo the top lines, perhaps, in an orange-gold, to eliminate the "unfinished" feel of these accessories.
I love the closed eyes. This, the curve of the near foreleg and the lowered head are where the "gentle" and "sorrowful" aspects of this plush's demeanor are strongest. Perfect.
I must also compliment you on the photography. The decorative crystalline pedestal and the "cloud fluff" against the blue background make for the ideal presentation. Rather than being a "necessary evil" to support a flying character, they add definition and majesty. The photograph, in and of itself, is art of the finest order. Though I can't have this plush, the photograph is something I will keep.
You have made treasure.

How do you get the threads to curl like that? I looks amazing!

Thanks! I'll post a picture in a sec with her hair out of the braids, it's crazy curly.
I wrap the thread around a dowel and boil to set, then bake it dry. It's an old trick for wool thread but it works pretty well for acrylic. Just gotta be careful with polyester and a few of the more exotic 'fuzzy ones' cause it'll melt it before it sets it.

Minus the baking, it's the exact same way I'd do the custom pony hair! That makes sense :3 Thank you! I learn a little something every day :3
