Well this is awkward lol, for those who don't remember (which is probably all of you :^)) this character was an adoptable!
I did like the design don't get me wrong, but I didn't have any good use for her, so I turned her into an adoptable; but a couple of days ago I went "Nah, you're staying with me" so yeah lmao (Thank God nobody did adopt her tho lol)
The scarf thingy(?) is NOT necessary to draw, if you want to draw her with the scarf on then go ahead but it's not necessary

Personality
Scylla is a classy, business minded, persuasive, self-centred fish; she's ambitious and quite possessive; most people see her as selFISH, only caring for herself.
Design Info
Her dress and "hair"(fin) are an emerald lke color, her "hair" is a bit (Not too much just a little bit, almost unnoticable) translucid; the black parts in her design are actually a really dark green, except for the eyelashes.
You see that "black" line in the middle of her hair (fin)? Well, that line goes (almost) all the way down, it connects with the other "black" lines (I'll make a ref for that later); that thing in her head is a tiara(?) or something like that idk lol, oh and she's wearing evening gloves.
She likes: Her chao Styx, Electro, jewels/jewellery, etc.
Occupation: She owns a pretty fancy pawn shop.
Bonus:
-Scylla has a soft spot for her chao, she refers to him as her "baby" or "little blob" lol
-Favourite food: Sushi

No, my character is...much much worse. My Scylla is a major villainess, and she sort of has killed about...er let's say hundreds of G.U.N soldiers? Then there was the artillery incident where she got mad at her hair being burnt, so yeah some civilians too. Plus collateral.
I have Ophelia, Cyrus (actually Persian), and Cyrene (Scylla's prime world self from Sonic's world.) Scylla is a doppleganger of this character:
