Description The first week of teaching really is a pain in the butt, as Minerva knows, hence she decided to see how Severus is getting on. Judging by the headdesking, not too well.

I'm new to drawing with a graphics tablet and haven't drawn or attended arts class in ages, so I'd really like feedback that could help me improve.

Or they just don't see that they have any perspective after school in the first place. My special eds kids were like that - they were in a school for kids with learning disabilities, but most of them just ended up there because their German wasn't up to scratch so they couldn't follow regular classes. Needless to say schools for learning disabled students don't necessarily help kids with that kind of predicament. I'm thinking of trying to get into adult language teaching at some point, maybe once I get tired of teaching my arrogant and privileged older kids how to get into university without having to depend on their parents to do everything for them.

I highly encourage adult learning of some kind for after you have burnt out on teaching children and teens. It really is enjoyable. It only took me three years of teaching to burn out on teaching little ones. I guess it just really wasn't my cup of tea.

Yeah, burning out of teaching those particular age groups seems to be a very real danger that affects too many people. I hope that doesn't happen to me, I love teaching. I've been slightly wary of adult teaching because the requirements seem to be very different - teaching German as a second language to adults who need to know as much right now for their jobs is so very different to teaching bored school students what to do with their Goethe. But I think once I have the time to volunteer as a teacher for one of the free German courses they offer at our local volunteer centre that might change.

Lol, poor snape, even considering the way he's, teaching must be a pain when he started.

Cool art!
