November 11, otherwise known as Remembrance day in Australia! I am well aware that I am three days late (not my fault! I had exams that day) but I still had to draw this in commemoration of all the brave soldiers who fought for us!

My art clearly is not top notch however I am really happy with this piece (since it's my first time drawing something in tribute!). I have a tendency to have trouble expressing what I feel through my art and in most cases, they don't really make sense... that's because i can't draw comics (if i could even call it that) yet I continue to do so...
BTW I drew this with only colour pencils! That's new.
Well, I'm semi back! I'll try to reply to messages ASAP and draw more!~Β
Officially on a break now but i'm busy as ever! Why am I not surprised!Β

I don't hate you, though your question is a little vague.
If you're implying what it is I remember of that day, or what they've been through then clearly not much since I wasn't there, however, remembrance day is a time where a nation as a whole come together and commemorate those who have left their families to join the army and fight for their country. Regardless of the righteousness of war, the soldier's bravery should not be taken lightly.Β
What we as the younger generation must remember is the sacrifice made, the trauma experienced by survivors and their families (in order toΒ sculptΒ the country it is today). We owe them the utmost respect to at least keep thisΒ tradition in hopes to carry on their legacy.

I watch this show called Doctor Who - the main character, the Doctor, is a time lord from the planet Gallifrey. Time lords (& ladies) watch over time and space and have the ability to travel within the two - it's a great series
