I've taken a severe liking to Verdy-K's dolls.

This is Kamala, one of the Seven Fragments, of which Sailor Moon is one. Her use in the story briefly brings in A:TLA. She is a Blood Bender, making her the most dangerous of the Seven.

Her ancestor was the original holder of the Fragment, but when he died in its grip, it passed through the generations to her. When Chaos arrived to find her, she had gone insane and under a full moon slaughtered her entire village before turning on the two people who had triggered her rage. One was sliced apart, the other was drowned in a sphere of blood. She is the only Fragment who goes willingly with Chaos, whose life he does not interfere with.

She gets paired with The Tainted and is her leader. I'm not entirely sure how that worked out - it's hard to say if it's because she arrived before The Tainted and is just higher ranking, or if they don't have a choice in the matter.
