So yeah, Rachel from “Blade Runner” this time. I was supposed to do this painting months ago, but somehow I completely forgot about it (I really need to start writing down all my painting ideas), so fixing it now. Also, does Sean Young have the most perfect profile ever, or the most perfect profile ever?
I tried a bit to combine the “old me” and “new me” a.k.a. slightly eerie feeling from the smooth brush strokes and the razor blade sharp roughness of my current works.
In a few days I’ll probably do some step by step post about this painting, because I feel the need to “share my story” about this one.
